Landed cost is the total cost of rice delivered to a named place, not just the ex-mill price. For an export order it usually means the ex-mill price plus road transport to the port, bagging, port handling, fumigation, CHA charges and documentation. We bundle all of it into one figure so you can price your own sale.
FOB (free on board) is the cost up to the rice being loaded on the vessel at the Indian port. CNF (cost and freight) adds the ocean freight to the destination port. CIF (cost, insurance and freight) adds insurance as well. We quote any of these, or ex-mill and FOR (delivered to port) for domestic and near-border trade.
