We price across our West Bengal mill and broker network and come back with a single delivered number. No itemised mill-versus-margin games. The service layer is transparent, and the fee is disclosed on the quote.
A third-party agency (SGS, Bureau Veritas or EIA) checks moisture, broken percentage, variety and weight at the mill and at loading. You get the certificate.
Bagging, port handling, fumigation, CHA and export documentation, handled by us in English from start to finish.
On-spec, on-time delivery. If it is not to the agreed spec, it does not ship. The risk sits with us and the mill, not you.

Payment terms are agreed per order and confirmed in the quote. The point of working with us is that quality is verified by a third party before shipment, so you are not paying blind.
